Will Kramer is a Client Retention Manager and joined our team in November 2019. Prior to joining e3, Will was a sales representative and benefits counselor with Colonial Life. He was heavily involved in public sector enrollments and enjoyed educating employees about their benefits, and helped them make smart decisions involving additional protections available for themselves and their family.
Will grew up in Herndon, Virginia, received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Shepherd University in 2005 and his Master’s degree in Sport Leadership from James Madison University in 2008. He came to Columbia to work at the University of South Carolina in their Campus Recreation department. While at USC he met his wife, Tricia, originally from Madison, Wisconsin, and they have made Columbia their home. They became members of Trinity Episcopal Church and welcomed their first son, Patrick, in May 2018. Will enjoys spending his time off with his family, passionately following DC sports teams, grilling, tending to his garden and landscape, along with beer and wine tastings.
