Chris Shealy has been in the benefits industry for nearly twenty years. He began his career as a bilingual Contact Center Representative at Colonial Life’s Home Office in Columbia, SC. Chris’s next role moved him to Florida, where he recruited and trained a sales force for Colonial in Florida and Puerto Rico. After less than a year, Chris moved into an independent sales representative role himself and demonstrated tremendous success working with the brokerage community in South Florida. After moving back to South Carolina with his wife, Chris concentrated on developing new broker relationships in SC, while maintaining the relationships he created in South Florida. Chris founded his first corporation, Shealy Benefits Services, Inc. in 2006. As President and CEO, he oversees all sales and operational activities for e3.

In 2019, Chris co-founded and was named Chief Operating Officer of National Enrollment Partners, LLC (NEP). Chris and his partners formed NEP to strengthen each firm’s ability to provide enhanced services and access a strong national network of local Benefits Counselors. As COO of NEP, Chris is responsible for the development and usage of NEP’s shared services model, including its Enrollment and Service Call center.

Chris is a graduate of Wofford College, with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies. He is a member of both the Lexington Chamber and the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, in addition to the Central SC Alliance – Committee of 100. In 2009, Chris married his wife, Loryn. They welcomed their first child, Edyn Marie in May of 2013. Their second child, Myla Elizabeth, was born in January of 2015. The family lives in Lexington, South Carolina, where they are members of Saint Stephen’s Lutheran Church.
